Feeling light-headed or dizzy can be another one of the many early pregnancy symptoms. Sometimes women may even faint. Usually the dizziness happens when standing for long periods of time, especially on an empty stomach. Standing up suddenly, after sitting or lying down may cause you to experience dizziness, as well. This can occur as early as the time you would normally expect your period or soon after.
