Some women notice that their breasts are more tender than normal and possibly swollen as early as 1-2 weeks after conception, even before a missed period. This is normal and due to hormonal changes that are happening. It’s not uncommon to experience changes in your breasts, including a feeling of fullness or heaviness in addition to soreness. The feeling may be similar to what you’re used to just before you start your period, but possibly more intense. Another change you may notice early-on is more prominent veins across your breasts, which may become increasingly visible.
